Mixed berry smoothie with fresh mint, hemp seeds, and banana

This is a great go-to smoothie. It’s refreshing, but not too sweet. Mixed berries, banana, mint leaves, hemp seeds, lemon juice and nut or oat milk. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if you must and garnish with coconut flakes and more fresh mint if you like it real pretty. Delicious!
